Before launching his real estate career, he spent 36 years in construction, renovation, and property management. That hands-on experience gives him a sharp eye for value and potential, whether helping sellers prep for a sale or guiding buyers toward hidden gems.

Paul Firscher has had a lifelong connection to Southwest Michigan, spending summers, weekends, and holidays in the area for nearly 55 years. His family has owned property in Union Pier since 1972, and now, he’s excited to see a third generation making memories there. With deep roots in both Michigan and Chicago, Paul specializes in helping Michiganders find their ideal Chicagoland getaways and Chicagoans discover their perfect Michigan retreats.
