About Jessica

With more than 20 years in the residential real estate industry, Jessica Rivera has found what she loves most, helping people achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

Flexible and patient, she works with a wonderful team of lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and insurance agents to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible for her clients.

From 2010 through 2015, in addition to real estate, Jessica was a HUD-approved housing counselor with CEDA. During that recession, when people were losing their homes, she was able to counsel over 1,500 families and help them either modify their loans or apply for assistance, including the IHDA Hardest Hit Programs. Jessica walked alongside families that went to her after receiving a foreclosure notice, who often felt scared and powerless and helped them create an action plan. She respects that people work hard to maintain the homeownership dream and finds it very fulfilling, an honor and a privilege to be able to help them accomplish it.

Jessica was born in Chicago and has lived in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. In her free time, Jessica loves spending time with her children, traveling, singing, taking long trail walks and volunteering at various children and youth programs.

Jessica has won the Leading-Edge Society Award given to agents that are the top 10% of the market - 4 years in a row!
