I entered the real estate industry in 1993 and during that time I have grown a substantial real estate practice that includes assisting clients with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential property. My personal sales production levels have earned me the “Chairman Circle Gold” designation. This award is presented to agents whose sales production are in the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. To increase productivity and provide an even higher level of customer service I formed The Jackson Sanderson Group in 2018. This team of real estate consultants consists of four members which include three brokers and an administrative/marketing manager. Though production is important, a strong work ethic, a keen understanding of the Lake County Real Estate market, and a commitment to helping people at the highest level is what has contributed to both my personal and team’s success. I strive to create an experience that will lead to a long-term business and personal relationship. This is confirmed by the fact the 90% of my business comes from referrals. In addition to sales, I am on the training team that trains, mentors, and coach’s new agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. I feel that this is not only an opportunity to help others and give back to an industry that has been good to me, but a way to stay on top of current trends in technology, marketing, advertising, and sales. This not only helps me, but it also ultimately helps my clients. In addition to a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, I am a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and hold Real Estate Brokers licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. I live in Green Oaks with my family. My wife Dorie is also my business partner working as the team’s administrative/marketing manager. We have three children Maree, Emily and Jackson. In my free time, when I’m not selling real estate, I am barbequing on the grill in the backyard or enjoying the outdoors camping and hiking. I am also active in many community, fraternal, philanthropic and industry organizations such as BNI (Business Networking International), Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association, Libertyville Masonic Lodge #492, Medinah Shriners, National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtor Association, and Main Street Organization of Realtors.
